The University of North Dakota is pleased to provide you with access to a free online tutoring service through SMARTHINKINGTM.
SMARTHINKINGTM provides live academic help from real people when you need it, how you need it, and from people you can trust. Online tutoring services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You have access to tutors in the following subjects and skills:
- Math (Available 24/7)
- Writing
- Grammar
- Chemistry
- Statistics
- Accounting, Managerial
- Accounting, Financial
- Microeconomics
- Macroeconomics
- Spanish
You also can choose the type of help you want:
- connect “live” with an e-structor.
- submit your writing for any subject and have it reviewed by an e-structor and returned to you, usually within 24 hours.
- pre-schedule an online personal session.
- submit a question and get a response, usually within 24 hours.
- search the schedule to find out when certain tutors are on-duty.
Best of all, everything you do is saved in your file cabinet so you can print it out, save it, and return to it later.
As an online student with UND Online & Distance Education, you will receive an allotted amount of tutoring hours from SMARTHINKINGTM at no charge. You will be able to access SMARTHINKINGTM in our online course management system, Blackboard.
